Blocks (Mind Loft)
Falling shapes in the same order for everyone, with no speed-up.
Every day: One falling-shapes run a day with the same shapes in the same order for every player; play as many runs as you like and your best counts on the daily leaderboard. New puzzle: Midnight US Eastern Time.

Blocks is a free daily falling-shapes puzzle from Mind Loft. Everyone gets the same sequence of nine shapes on the same day, the drop speed never increases, and your score is the number of rows you clear, with 15 rows as the day's par.
About Blocks (Mind Loft)
Blocks is Mind Loft's arcade daily: a stacking game where shapes fall into a well and full rows clear. The difference from the classic is that the order of shapes is fixed for the day, so every player faces the same pieces and the leaderboard compares decisions rather than luck. There are nine shapes, the seven familiar ones plus a corner and a plus.
The well is only 16 rows deep, and the drop rate never speeds up, so a run ends because of a hole left a few shapes earlier, not because the game got too fast. You can move, rotate, hard drop and hold a shape for later, and clearing rows on consecutive shapes builds a combo. You can pause at any time; the board is saved, so you can come back later in the day and continue the same run.
You may play the day as many times as you like, and Blocks keeps your best run. The score is rows cleared, with no ceiling and par set at 15; ties break on fewest shapes used and then time. The points shown on screen are only for fun. Sundays narrow the well from ten columns to eight.
How to play Blocks (Mind Loft)
- Open Blocks and press Start.
- Move shapes with the left and right arrows, rotate with up and hard drop with space, or flick down the well on a phone.
- Press C to hold a shape for a gap it fits.
- Complete full rows to clear them; the run ends when the stack reaches the top.
- Play again if you like; your best run counts.
Tips
- Since the speed never rises, take your time over each placement and avoid leaving covered holes.
- Keep the hold slot for the corner or plus shapes, which fit fewer gaps.
- Because the order is the same on every replay, a second run lets you plan around shapes you now know are coming.
