BTS Wordle is a fan-made Wordle whose answers come from the world of the K-pop group BTS: member names and nicknames, places, albums and fan words. You get six tries and the usual coloured tiles. One word a day, the same for everyone.
About BTS Wordle
BTS Wordle uses the classic Wordle rules: guess a five-letter word in six tries, and after each guess the tiles show which letters are in the right spot, which are in the word but elsewhere, and which are not in it.
The answer list is what makes it a fan game. It is built from BTS vocabulary: members' names and stage names written to five letters, such as JIMIN and JHOPE, their home cities such as BUSAN and DAEGU, words from album and song titles, fan terms such as ARMYS and FESTA, and everyday words that turn up in their lyrics. Ordinary English words are accepted as guesses.
The word changes at midnight on your device's clock, and a stats screen tracks your results. A banner at the top still announces the BTS comeback of 10 June 2022, from when the game was made. It is free in the browser and suits BTS fans who already play Wordle.
How to play BTS Wordle
- Open bts-wordle.vercel.app and type a five-letter word.
- Press Enter to submit it.
- Read the tiles: right letter in the right spot, right letter in the wrong spot, or not in the word.
- Use the colours to choose your next guess, up to six tries.
- Come back after midnight for the next BTS word.
Tips
- Think like ARMY: members' names, nicknames, cities and album words are common answers.
- Romanised Korean names do not follow English spelling patterns, so test unusual letter combinations.
- Open with an ordinary word to find common letters, then switch to BTS words.
- Check the stats screen to keep your streak going.
