SWordle
A Wordle where every answer is a five-letter Star Wars word.
Every day: One five-letter Star Wars word a day, the same for everyone, to find in six tries. New puzzle: Once a day; the site does not state the time.

SWordle is a Star Wars take on Wordle. Each day there is one five-letter word from the Star Wars universe, and you have six tries to find it, with coloured tiles showing which letters are right and in place. The keyboard includes numbers and dashes for droid names, and a hint opens up after your third try.
About SWordle
SWordle is a daily word game for Star Wars fans, made by AurebeshFiles, the creator of the starwars.guide site, with design by @StarWars5W and fonts by AurekFonts. It follows the Wordle formula closely, but the answer is always a word from the Star Wars universe: a character, a planet, a ship, a species or a piece of slang from the films and series.
You type five-character guesses and get the usual feedback. A green tile means the letter is in the right place, yellow means it is in the word but somewhere else, and grey means it is not in the word at all. You have six tries.
The twist is the vocabulary. The game accepts more than 29,000 Star Wars words, from AT-AT to R2-D2, and the keyboard has numbers and a dash so that droid names and vehicle codes can be entered. Plurals count as well. If you are stuck after your third try, a hint button lights up green in the top left corner.
When you finish, the game links the winning word to a page on starwars.guide explaining what it is, so a missed answer can still teach you something about the saga.
How to play SWordle
- Open wordle.starwars.guide and type a five-character Star Wars word, using the number and dash keys if you need them.
- Press enter and read the tiles: green is the right letter in the right spot, yellow is in the word elsewhere, grey is not in the word.
- Use what you learned to make your next guess.
- After your third try you can press the green hint button in the top left for help.
- Find the word within six tries, then follow the link to read about it on starwars.guide.
Tips
- Remember that plurals count, so words like JEDIS or SITHS may be valid answers.
- Keep droid and vehicle codes in mind: a number or dash can appear in the answer.
- Open with a common Star Wars word that uses several vowels, such as a well-known name or place.
- Browse the published word list if you want to learn the vocabulary the game draws on.
