Hueman
Spot the one tile in a slightly different shade before the clock runs out.
Every day: One numbered colour puzzle a day, the same for everyone: a run of grids in the day's hue where one tile is a slightly different shade, with the difference shrinking and the clock shortening each level. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

Hueman is a daily colour perception game. Each day everyone gets the same run of grids in one hue, and in every grid one tile is a shade off. Tap it before time runs out; each level the difference gets smaller, the grid bigger and the clock shorter, and three misses end the run.
About Hueman
Hueman turns the old odd-one-out colour test into a numbered daily. Every player sees the same sequence on the same day, built in that day's colour, so scores can be compared and shared. The first puzzle went up on 11 June 2026; 3 October 2026 was number 115.
A run starts with a small grid, four by four on the share card, where one tile is visibly darker or lighter than the rest. Tap it and the next level appears with more tiles and a subtler difference, and less time to find it. You have three lives. When they are gone, the game shows how far you got and gives you a result to share.
There are no words or numbers to deal with, so it works in any language, and a run takes a minute or two. It needs no download or sign-up, and it can add a daily reminder to your calendar. The site belongs to PuzzlePage, which publishes it as its daily colour game.
It suits players who like quick, visual dailies and want something different from word and number puzzles.
How to play Hueman
- Open Hueman and press Start; today's first grid appears in the day's colour.
- Find the one tile whose shade differs from the rest and tap it before the timer ends.
- Each correct tap moves you to a bigger grid with a smaller difference and less time.
- A wrong tap or running out of time costs one of your three lives.
- When your lives are gone, see your level and share your result.
Tips
- Look at the whole grid at once rather than scanning tile by tile; the odd shade often stands out in peripheral vision.
- Turn your screen brightness up and avoid glare.
- Lean back from the screen on the later levels: small differences are easier to see at a distance.
- Do not rush the early levels; a lost life there costs more than a second of time.
