Card-en-Ciel

Every day: A Daily Dungeon run with an online leaderboard. Since version 1.7.0 (January 2026) the daily map structure is the same for all players. New puzzle: Once a day (exact time not stated).

Card-en-Ciel is a roguelite deckbuilding RPG from Inti Creates in which a detective dives into a game world in development. Alongside the story it offers Daily and Weekly Dungeons with online leaderboards, and the daily map layout is shared by all players.
About Card-en-Ciel
Card-en-Ciel is a card battling roguelite from Inti Creates, released on Steam in October 2024. You play Neon, a so-called Gaming Chair Detective, and build decks from more than 300 cards, meet over 50 random events featuring game characters real and imagined, and listen to more than 50 vocal songs.
After the story, the game adds repeatable modes: Daily and Weekly Dungeons with online leaderboards, an Endless Dungeon, Challenge Battles and real time online battles. In the January 2026 update (version 1.7.0) the developer changed the daily mission so that its map structure is the same across all users, which makes each day's run a shared challenge. Dungeons give bonus points per battle based on the number of active trap events.
A daily session is one dungeon run: move across the grid map, fight battles with your deck, pick up cards and events, and finish with a score that is ranked against other players. Clearing Daily Dungeons after the story also unlocks extra Parallel Cards.
It suits deckbuilder players who like a fixed, comparable run each day and do not mind a heavy anime presentation.
How to play Card-en-Ciel
- Play through the story to open the extra dungeon modes.
- Pick the Daily Dungeon from the dungeon menu and set up your deck.
- Move across the map, fight card battles and collect cards and events on the way.
- Finish the run and compare your score with other players on the online leaderboard.

Tips
- Trap events raise the bonus points for each battle, so take them on when your deck can handle it.
- Clearing Daily Dungeons after the story unlocks extra Parallel Cards.
- Weekly Dungeons let you pick your starting Muse, useful for practising a deck idea before a daily run.
- Check the whole map before moving; the layout is the same for everyone, so routing is part of the score.
