About Word of The Day - Online, Daily
The heart of the app is Daily Word, a five-letter guessing puzzle shared by all players that changes every day. You get six rows, and each guess colours its letters: green for the right letter in the right place, orange for a letter that belongs elsewhere in the word, and dark grey for a letter that is not in it.
Two other modes sit beside it. Online pits you against up to three other players in real time, each on their own grid, so you can see how close your rivals are. Unlimited is a long ladder of levels, more than 5,000 according to the listing, each earning up to three stars.
