Bloody Rally Show is a top-down racing game with car combat and a roguelite campaign. Its Daily Challenge generates one new track per day with a fast car, and everyone races it for a place on that day's Steam leaderboard, with ghost replays of other drivers to chase.

About Bloody Rally Show

Bloody Rally Show is a top-down arcade racer from the Lithuanian studio Kodo Linija, released on Steam in February 2020. It wraps racing, car battles and weapons in a dark reality TV setting, with procedurally generated campaigns, a track and car editor and local multiplayer for up to four players.

The daily part is the Daily Challenge. Since the November 2020 update (v1.7.0) it uses a randomly generated track that is new each day, paired with one of the faster cars, and each day's track has its own leaderboard. The track generator was made repeatable from a seed for this, so every player gets the same layout.

A daily session is a time attack: you learn the track, try for a clean fast lap and compare against the ghost replays of other players on the Steam leaderboard. The main menu shows a timer until the next challenge.

It suits players who like short, repeatable driving challenges with a fixed target, and who enjoy chasing other people's times more than racing AI opponents.

How to play Bloody Rally Show

  1. Start the game and pick Daily Challenge from the main menu.
  2. Drive the day's generated track with the assigned car, using drift and nitro boost to keep your speed.
  3. Load ghost replays of other players to see their racing lines.
  4. Retry to lower your time and climb the day's Steam leaderboard before the menu timer runs out.

Tips

  • Learn the track with a few slow laps before pushing for a time; generated layouts can hide tight corners.
  • Faster cars take longer to reach top speed, so avoid scrubbing speed with long drifts.
  • Watch a ghost from near the top of the leaderboard to find where it brakes and boosts.
  • Surfaces change grip, so expect the car to slide more on dirt, ice and puddles.
