Unstable Truck
A one-button delivery race: plan the fastest route through every warehouse on the day's map and drive it without spilling the cargo.
Every day: One generated delivery map a day, seeded from the date, with new roads, warehouse spots and biome; everyone races the same map for a daily leaderboard, plus a larger weekly map. New puzzle: Midnight, your local time.

Unstable Truck is a top-down, one-thumb delivery game in the browser. Each day brings a new generated map where you collect cargo from every warehouse and drop it all off as fast as you can, steering with a single button, and a daily leaderboard ranks everyone on the same track.
About Unstable Truck
Unstable Truck is a free browser game by Lewistrick, listed on itch.io as in development. You drive a small truck from a base to every warehouse on the map, marked W, and then to the drop-off, marked D, against the clock.
The controls use one input. The truck always curves left on its own; holding the space bar, the mouse button or a finger on the screen steers it right, so going straight means alternating between holding and letting go. Roads are fastest, grass is slower but can cut a corner, mud makes the truck slide and rocks are solid. The cargo on the back turns red when it is about to fall off, and easing off lets it settle.
Each day the map is generated from the date, with a new road network, warehouses in new places and a new biome such as desert, snow, city or moon. Everyone races the same daily track, so the time comes down to two things: picking the shortest order of warehouses and driving it cleanly. Easy mode is slower and cannot fail a run; Hard is full speed and ends the run if you leave the map or lose the cargo. Each has its own leaderboard and medal times.
After a finished run you can race the ghost of anyone in the day's top 10 or your own personal best, and a gold medal unlocks replays and the much larger weekly map. A minimap on the home screen lets you swipe back to earlier days, and an optional account keeps your streak and best times across devices.
How to play Unstable Truck
- Open the itch.io page and press Play on today's map (try the Tutorial first if it is your first run).
- Hold the space bar, mouse button or screen to steer right; let go and the truck curves left.
- Drive to every W warehouse to pick up its cargo, in whatever order you choose.
- Take all the cargo to the D drop-off; the clock stops when it is delivered.
- Check your time against the medal times and the day's leaderboard, then race a ghost to improve it.

Tips
- Plan the order of warehouses on the minimap before you start; the route matters as much as the driving.
- Stay on roads where you can, and only cut across grass when it clearly shortens a corner.
- When the cargo turns red, drive straight or get back on a road to let it settle before it falls.
- Race the ghost of a faster player to see which route and lines they took.
Questions
Is the Unstable Truck map the same for everyone?
Yes. The daily map is generated from the date, so everyone races the same track and posts to the same daily leaderboard.
When does a new map come out?
The game takes today's date from your device, so the new map arrives at midnight your local time.
What is the difference between Easy and Hard?
Easy is slower and a run cannot fail; leaving the map or losing cargo only costs time. Hard is full speed and either of those ends the run. Each has its own leaderboard and medals.
Can I play earlier days?
Yes. Swipe the minimap on the home screen to go back to earlier days. There is also a larger weekly map once you earn a gold medal.
