Tuffymon
Rate itDraft six Pokémon from generation and type prompts, then see how many of 110 trainers they beat.
Every day: One shared daily seed: everyone drafts from the same six generation-and-type prompts, then their team battles the same 110 trainers. You can retry the day as often as you like and submit your best score to the daily leaderboard. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

Tuffymon is a free, unofficial Pokémon fan game in the browser. Each pick gives you a generation and a type, you draft one Pokémon that fits, and your team of six then battles 110 Gym Leaders, Elite Four members and Champions. The daily challenge uses the same prompts for everyone, with a leaderboard for each difficulty.
About Tuffymon
Tuffymon is a Pokémon draft game played in the browser at tuffymon.org. It is an unofficial fan game, not tied to Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company, and it runs its own draft and battle simulation.
A run has two halves. First you draft: each of six picks rolls a generation and a type, such as Gen 3, Hoenn, Bug, and you choose one Pokémon that matches from a list showing its types and base stat total. You get one reroll of a prompt per run. Then you set the order your six are sent out, and the team, all at level 50, faces 110 trainers in turn, from every Gym Leader, Kahuna, Elite Four member and Champion between Kanto and Paldea. The simulator works through turns, speed, same-type attack bonus, type matchups and critical hits. You can watch highlights, every battle in full or just the results, and tap a trainer afterwards to rewatch that fight.
The daily challenge uses a seed taken from the date, so every player drafts from the same prompts that day. It resets at midnight UTC. You can replay it to improve and submit your best score; each difficulty has its own daily rankings. Outside the daily, Free Run gives random prompts with no limit, for chasing a perfect 110 and 0.
There are three difficulties. Normal shows names, types and sprites while you draft. Hard hides names and hints and shows silhouettes. Tuffest has you type the Pokémon's name yourself. No account is needed: records and an anonymous leaderboard identity are kept in your browser.
It suits players who know their Pokémon well enough to judge a team by types and stats and who like a short daily run with a score to beat.
How to play Tuffymon
- Open tuffymon.org, choose a difficulty and press Play daily for the shared challenge.
- Read the pick's prompt, a generation and a type, and choose one Pokémon that fits it; use your single reroll if a prompt leaves nothing good.
- Repeat until you have six different Pokémon.
- Set your send-out order: your lead fights first and the next comes in when it faints.
- Watch your level-50 team battle the 110 trainers as highlights, in full, or skip to the results.
- Submit your score to the daily leaderboard, or retry the day to beat it.

Tips
- Base stat total is shown on every card in Normal mode; a high total with a useful second type often matters more than a favourite.
- Put a fast Pokémon with wide type coverage in the lead slot, since it faces each trainer first.
- Save the reroll for a prompt whose options are mostly unevolved Pokémon marked can evolve.
- Use Free Run to learn which picks hold up before you play the day's seed.
