Order the Country (Quizebra)
Rate itSort eight countries by today's measure, from most to least.
Every day: Eight countries and one measure a day (population, area, coastline, highest peak, density or land neighbours on a ten-day rotation), the same for every player, with a fresh leaderboard. New puzzle: Midnight London time.

Order the Country is a daily geography sorting puzzle on Quizebra. Each day you get eight shuffled countries and one measure, such as area or coastline, and drag them into order; near misses still earn most of the marks.
About Order the Country (Quizebra)
Order the Country is one of Quizebra's free daily geography challenges. Every day brings the same eight countries and the same measure for everyone, and you arrange them with the largest value at the top. The measure follows a fixed ten-day rotation: population, area, coastline and highest peak twice each, and population density and number of land neighbours once.
You drag cards into place or nudge them a step at a time with arrows; there is no timer. When you submit, the true order appears beside yours with each country's real value. Your score is the total number of places your countries are out, turned into a percentage, so swapping two neighbours still scores 94% while dragging the bottom country to the top costs far more. The starting order is scrambled so no country begins in its own place.
Sets are built so that no two countries sit close together on the day's measure and tiny states do not crowd the list. Data comes from the CIA World Factbook. It is free, with no account and no ads, and practice rounds stay open after the daily one.
It suits players who like flag and map games but want something that rewards a rough sense of how big, crowded or mountainous countries are.
How to play Order the Country (Quizebra)
- Open Order the Country and press Start Playing.
- Read the day's measure at the top, for example largest area.
- Drag each country card, or use its arrows, so the most is at the top and the least at the bottom.
- Press Submit to see the true order, each country's value and your percentage.
- Compare your score on the daily leaderboard and share it.
Tips
- Place the two countries you are surest of at the ends first.
- Keep doubtful countries near the middle: a wrong guess at an end can be seven places out.
- Land neighbours is narrower than it looks: only China and Russia have 14.
