Ten flags a day, four countries to choose from for each, three hearts and one official score.

Every day: Today's World Tour: ten flags a day, the same flags in the same order with the same four answer choices for everyone that UTC day. You have three hearts and one official attempt, which sets the day's score and your day streak; after that the daily can be replayed as practice. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

Atlas Daily League, daily flag 1 of 10 in the Americas: the flag of Suriname with Barbados, Suriname, Luxembourg and Tanzania to choose from, three hearts and a 50/50 button

Atlas Daily League is a browser flag quiz with a daily World Tour of ten flags that every player gets in the same order. For each flag you choose its country from four, with three hearts to lose, and the first run of the day is the one that counts.

About Atlas Daily League

Atlas Daily League, which also calls itself Atlas Flag Game, is a flag quiz covering all 195 countries. Its main card is Today's World Tour: ten flags and one daily score. The flags and the order they come in are picked from the UTC date, and so are the four answer choices for each one, so everyone playing on the same day faces the same quiz.

Each round shows a flag with a label for its region, such as Americas or Europe, and four country names. A correct answer scores points that grow as your streak of right answers grows; a wrong one costs a heart. The daily gives you three hearts, and every fifth right answer in a row wins one back along with bonus points. Lose all three and the run ends early.

Once per flag you can use the 50/50 button to remove two wrong answers, at the cost of 30 percent of that flag's points. Your first daily run is the official one. It is recorded with your correct count and score, and builds a day streak; after that the daily can only be played again as practice.

Beside the daily there are four endless tours, from Easy Explorer with five hearts to World Master with three hearts and double points. Every game adds XP toward explorer levels, a passport of flags you have mastered and badges such as World Week for a seven day streak. Everything is kept on your device, with no account.

How to play Atlas Daily League

  1. Open the itch page, press Run game and choose Play daily on the Today's World Tour card.
  2. Look at the flag and its region label, then pick the country from the four names.
  3. Use the 50/50 button when unsure: it removes two wrong answers but cuts that flag's points by 30 percent.
  4. Get through all ten flags before your three hearts run out; every fifth right answer in a row restores a heart.
  5. See your official score, then come back the next UTC day to keep your streak.

Tips

  • The region label above each flag narrows things down: on a Europe flag, rule out the names from other continents first.
  • Save the 50/50 for flags you truly cannot place, since it costs points on that flag.
  • A wrong answer resets your run of right answers, and with it the growing points bonus and the progress toward a heart.
  • Practise in the endless tours; the daily only counts once a day.

Questions

Are the daily flags the same for everyone?

Yes. The ten flags, their order and the answer choices are all picked from the UTC date, so every player gets the same quiz that day.

Can I replay the daily?

Only your first run counts as the official score. After that you can play it again as practice.

What happens if I lose all my hearts?

The run ends there and your score so far is recorded. A heart comes back after every fifth right answer in a row.

Is Atlas Daily League free?

Yes. It plays free in the browser on itch.io, with no account needed.
