CastMe
Rate itName the day's movie from its cast, one actor revealed after each miss.
Every day: A numbered daily movie to name from its cast, revealed one actor per miss, plus a daily TV show, a 16-actor grouping board and a Six Degrees chain, the same for everyone. New puzzle: Once a day.

CastMe hides a film behind six blank cast cards and shows you one actor. Each wrong guess reveals another castmate along with hints on year, genre and director. Alongside the daily movie there are TV Shows, Connections and Six Degrees puzzles, all built from screen credits.
About CastMe
CastMe is a set of daily puzzles built around who appears in what. Its main mode, Movies, puts six face-down cards on the board and turns over one actor from the day's mystery film. You guess the title; each miss flips another card and tells you how your pick compares, such as whether it shares an actor with the answer, and how its year, genre and director line up.
TV Shows uses the same idea for series casts, with puzzles chosen separately because television casts change across seasons. Connections gives you 16 performers to sort into four groups of four by a shared credit, some days from films and some from TV. Six Degrees names two actors and asks you to link them through a chain of films and costars, scoring the route.
Each mode is the same for every player that day and numbered, so results can be shared without spoilers, with streaks and solve stats kept for you. Older puzzles go into an archive: recent ones are free, and the deeper archive and a harder Movies mode with fewer guesses come with CastMe Premium.
It suits film fans who know faces and supporting casts as well as headliners.
How to play CastMe
- Open Movies and look at the first revealed actor.
- Type the film you think they are in and submit.
- After a miss, read the comparison hints and the newly revealed castmate.
- Keep guessing until you name the film or run out of guesses.
- Try the TV Shows, Connections and Six Degrees puzzles for the day.
Tips
- Supporting actors often narrow things down more than the star does: think of films they share.
- Use the year and genre hints to rule out a whole stretch of a career.
- In Six Degrees, route through actors with long careers who link many films.
