Sum Fall
Drop numbered pieces that fall up or down, and fuse pairs that make 0 or 10.
Every day: One handcrafted puzzle a day, the same for every player: clear the golden cells with a set of numbered pieces, against the clock, for up to three stars. New puzzle: Once a day (the listing does not state the time).

Sum Fall is an arithmetic puzzle game for iPhone. You place numbered pieces in the middle row and they fall toward the ceiling or the floor; when two neighbours add or subtract to 0 or 10, both vanish. Its Daily Challenge is one handcrafted puzzle a day, the same for every player, with up to three stars.
About Sum Fall
Sum Fall is played on a grid split by a centre row. Each turn you choose where to drop the next numbered piece in that row, and it falls either up or down; which way is part of the puzzle. Pieces carry a sign: green pieces add and red pieces subtract. When two touching pieces combine to 0 or 10, they both disappear and you score, and chains of these build a multiplier from 1.5x up to 5x.
The Daily Challenge is one handcrafted puzzle a day, the same for every player. You get a fixed set of pieces and must clear the board, which in the daily means destroying every golden cell, racing the clock for up to three stars. A calendar lets you replay past days, a streak counts the days in a row, and completing a whole month earns a trophy. Game Center keeps global leaderboards.
Outside the daily there is Demolition, an endless series of solvable levels with a piece budget and specials such as bombs, armoured cells and mystery values, and three endless modes: Easy, Classic with a new row pushing in from turn 10, and Hardcore where both sides push. Power-ups can reveal where pieces will fall, flip a direction, change a value or a sign, or store a piece for later.
Sum Fall is made by Adrien Buot and came out in April 2026. It plays offline with no account, in five languages. It is free with ads and a lives system; a one-time Premium purchase removes ads, gives infinite lives and adds a power-up charge.

Tips
- Look at all the pieces in your hand before dropping the first one; the daily is built around them.
- Use the reveal power-up when a single wrong fall would ruin the board.
- Remember the sign: a red piece subtracts, so a red 3 next to a 3 makes 0.
- Set up chains: one vanish can drop pieces into a second pair for a multiplier.
