Seeking Stardust is a minimalist daily space puzzle by lemon cosmos. You journey toward the edge of the universe, weaving through asteroids or breaking through them, exploring sector after sector to collect stardust until your fuel runs out. Players compare their best scores for the day.

About Seeking Stardust

Seeking Stardust is a small browser game on itch.io, made in Godot by lemon cosmos and tagged as a daily puzzle. Each run is a journey through space toward the edge of the universe, sector by sector.

You collect stardust while managing fuel. Asteroids block the way, and you choose whether to weave around them or break through them strategically; when the fuel is gone the run ends. Because it is about squeezing the most stardust out of limited fuel, players describe it as an optimisation game, and they share their best scores for the day in the comments.

It plays in the browser with the mouse, takes a few minutes per run, and is free.

It suits players who like short optimisation puzzles and minimalist space visuals.

How to play Seeking Stardust

  1. Start the day's run.
  2. Guide your ship through the sector with the mouse.
  3. Collect stardust, weaving around or breaking through asteroids.
  4. Move on to new sectors until your fuel runs out.
  5. Compare your score for the day.

Tips

  • Plan a route through each sector before you start moving.
  • Breaking through asteroids costs resources; use it where it opens a big haul.
  • Replay to learn the mechanics, then go for a high score.
