Every day: One daily challenge run a day: the same pattern of stars and spikes for every player, played in 75 seconds with three chances. Your best daily score is kept on your device. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

Glimmer Haul is a short browser arcade game from Dayplay Games. You hold to grow a ring out from a central lantern, take in the stars that drift around it, and let go to bring them home for points while avoiding spikes. Each day brings one 75-second challenge with the same pattern for everyone, plus free runs in four worlds.
About Glimmer Haul
Glimmer Haul is a one-button arcade game played in the browser. A lantern sits at the centre of the play area and stars appear in rings around it. Holding the screen, the mouse or the Space bar grows a ring outward; any star the ring passes is carried along, and releasing shrinks the ring back so the stars it holds are scored when it returns.
The catch is risk. Carried stars fade after a few seconds, and a spike touching the ring drops everything you were holding and costs one of your three chances. Points already banked stay. Bringing back three or four stars in one trip scores double, five or more triple, so the game keeps asking whether to cash in now or reach for one more. A silver bonus star and warning lines before spikes add to the reading of each run, and late in a run star showers drop seven stars in a tight band with spikes close behind.
The daily challenge is one 75-second run whose pattern is the same for everyone that day and changes at midnight UTC. Your best daily score stays on your device, and a copy button gives you a score line to share. Outside the daily you can start fresh runs in four worlds, Steady glow, Quick stars, Far light and Falling stars, each with its own star timing and its own best score, and every score earns a rank from Ember up to Dazzling.
There is no account, no leaderboard and no prize: it suits players who want a quick daily score to beat in a little over a minute, with a simple control and a real choice on every trip.
How to play Glimmer Haul
- Open the game and choose Play daily challenge for the day's shared run.
- Hold the play area, the button or the Space bar to grow the ring outward toward the stars.
- Release to shrink the ring back to the lantern; the stars it carries score when it returns.
- Avoid the spikes: a hit drops the stars you carry and costs one of your three chances.
- Gather three or four stars in one trip for double points, five or more for triple, before the 75 seconds run out.
- Copy your score to share it, or pick one of the four worlds for a fresh run.

Tips
- Held stars fade after a few seconds, so do not wait too long before releasing a big haul.
- Watch for the warning lines: they show where spikes are about to come.
- When a star shower appears late in a run, go at once and come straight back to take all seven for triple points.
- In the last twelve seconds stars arrive faster and only showers bring spikes, so take bolder trips then.
