One Dice Dungeon Delve: a knight on a column of dungeon tiles fighting a minotaur, d6 dice showing the rolls, a stats and gear panel on the left and a combat log below

One Dice Dungeon Delve (ODDD) is a compact roguelike driven by one d6: every interaction, combat result and loot drop comes from a single roll. Choose a class, delve into an endless dungeon that grows with you, and take on the daily seeded run against everyone on the leaderboards.

About One Dice Dungeon Delve

One Dice Dungeon Delve began as a paper prototype on a sticky note and a single d6, and its maker kept that core: every interaction, combat resolution and loot drop in the game is decided by the roll of one six-sided die. The dungeon is infinite, with gear and enemies growing stronger the deeper you go, though the game does have an ending you can play past.

Your hero's look changes with every piece of armour and weapon you find, so you start as a nobody and finish clad in plate. Each class plays differently: the Knight parries and ripostes once per floor, the Archer fires piercing shots down lines of enemies, the Berserker gains health with every kill, the Paladin turns armour into damage, and the Brawler throws enemies into one another.

The Daily Challenge is a seeded run, the same dungeon for everyone, scored on global Steam leaderboards. The game is in Early Access on Windows.

It suits players who like short, readable roguelikes where chance is part of the design.

How to play One Dice Dungeon Delve

  1. Launch ODDD on Steam and start the Daily Challenge.
  2. Choose a class and enter the day's seeded dungeon.
  3. Move through each floor; every attack and loot drop is settled by a d6 roll.
  4. Equip better gear as you find it and use your class ability at the right moment.
  5. Delve as deep as you can for a place on the daily leaderboard.

Tips

  • Learn each class's once-per-floor ability and save it for the hardest fight on the floor.
  • Because the daily is seeded, note the layout on a first attempt.
