Logic Puzzles Daily, called Logic Daily: Grid Puzzles on the App Store, is a free app from Twin Wizards with a dated Daily Challenge logic grid puzzle every day. You read a short story and a list of clues, mark the grid with crosses and dots until each person matches one item in every category, and try to beat the Logic Professor's time.

About Logic Puzzles Daily

Each day's Daily Challenge is a classic logic grid puzzle, the kind found in puzzle magazines. A short story sets the scene, such as five students and their dissertations or families waiting for a takeaway, and numbered clues follow. The grid crosses every category with every other, and you deduce the one arrangement the clues allow.

The app adds a cartoon Logic Professor who sets a time to beat for each puzzle and comments on your result, plus global leaderboards and achievements. Helpers include automatic crosses, hints, an error checker, multi-level undo and a notes area for the harder grids. The Daily Challenge screen shows the date and lists the previous few days' challenges to catch up on.

Beyond the daily puzzle, the app holds more than a hundred free puzzles in packs that rise in difficulty, with further packs sold in the app. Twin Wizards say all the puzzles were written for the app. It is on Android and, as Logic Daily: Grid Puzzles, on iPhone and iPad.
