Everyday Grids (Fanatee)

A daily set of small logic grids from the makers of CodyCross, one per puzzle mode.

Every day: A dated puzzle in each of the app's grid modes (Lotus, Panda, Libra, Zip, Sums, Hashi), kept on a calendar so past days can be replayed. New puzzle: Once a day.

Everyday Grids is a Fanatee app that gathers several short logic puzzle types and gives each one a new grid every day. The modes are themed takes on Queens, Tents and Trees, Binairo, Zip, sum grids and Hashi. A calendar keeps earlier days, so you can catch up on missed puzzles.

About Everyday Grids (Fanatee)

Everyday Grids is a hub of small logic puzzles for phones. Each mode is a familiar pencil puzzle with its own theme: Lotus is a Queens or Star Battle style placement grid, Panda pairs pandas with bamboo like Tents and Trees, Libra balances fire and ice symbols like Binairo or Tango, Zip is a single path through every cell, Sums asks rows, columns and regions to hit totals, and Hashi links sushi with bridges.

It comes from Fanatee, the studio behind CodyCross and Everyday Puzzles, and appeared on the App Store in 2025 as the logic counterpart to the word-based Everyday Puzzles.

Each day there is a fresh puzzle in every mode. You work through them in any order, and solving them keeps your streak going and earns XP, badges and rewards. The puzzles are tied to dates on a calendar, so a missed day can be played later, although older puzzles may need an ad or coins to unlock.

The appeal is having several short, different grids in one place instead of a separate app for each. It suits players who already do LinkedIn's Queens, Tango and Zip and want more of the same kinds of puzzle every morning. The app is free with ads, with an optional VIP membership that removes them.

How to play Everyday Grids (Fanatee)

  1. Open Everyday Grids and pick one of today's puzzle modes.
  2. Read the mode's rule, for example one lotus in each colour zone for Lotus.
  3. Tap cells to place symbols or draw your path until the grid satisfies every rule.
  4. Move on to the next mode until you have solved the whole day's set.
  5. Open the calendar to play a day you missed.

Tips

  • In Lotus, start with the smallest colour zones, since they have the fewest places for a flower.
  • In Libra, look for two matching symbols side by side: the cells on either end must be the other symbol.
  • Keep the streak by solving at least the daily set before the day changes.
