How Puzzling, by David Berget, is a daily logic puzzle gauntlet: three grid puzzles of increasing difficulty from classic families like Suguru, Binairo, Shikaku and Slitherlink, solved one after another against the clock. Two lighter daily sets and a weekly challenge sit alongside it.

About How Puzzling

How Puzzling collects pencil puzzles from the Japanese and European logic traditions into one daily routine. The main event, the Daily Gauntlet, is three puzzles in a row with rising difficulty, and you try to beat your best time. Types include Suguru (fill regions with numbers that never touch their equals), Binairo (balance zeros and ones), Shikaku (split the grid into rectangles), Slitherlink (draw a single loop) and Thermometers (fill thermometers to match row and column counts).

Two smaller daily sets add variety: The Daily, three tiny puzzles that go by in a flash, and Daily Fix, three quick easy puzzles as a warm-up. A Weekly Challenge offers twelve extra-large puzzles across the week. Practice mode gives unlimited puzzles, and the Learn section explains each type.

The site tracks streaks across the week and awards achievements for completed gauntlets and long streaks. Signing in is optional.

It suits fans of Nikoli-style logic puzzles who want a varied, timed workout each day.
