Luma Logic Puzzles daily puzzle for May 14, 2026, Film Festival: an empty logic grid of directors, genres, films and runtimes above clues such as Iris is either 84 min or Western.

Luma Logic Puzzles brings the pencil-and-paper logic grid puzzle to iPhone and Android, with a new themed puzzle every day. You read a short story and a list of clues, then mark each cell of the grid true or false until every item in every category is matched. There are four difficulties, hints that point to the next logical step, and a calendar of past days.

About Luma Logic Puzzles

A logic grid puzzle gives you a cast of items in several categories, such as directors, genres, films and running times, and a list of clues like Iris is either 84 min or Western. Each item matches exactly one item in every other category. You tap cells in the grid to mark them true or false, and as the clues rule things out, only one solution remains. No guessing is needed.

The daily challenge has a date and a theme, for example May 14, 2026, Film Festival. Puzzles come in Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert, with Expert using larger grids and indirect clues. You can star tricky clues, keep notes, read the story, check your answers grid, and ask for a hint that reveals the next logical step. Daily objectives, streaks and monthly emblems track your play, the calendar lets you go back to days you missed, and event puzzles such as castle climbs and jigsaw reveals come and go.

The game is free to download, with optional subscriptions: a Luma Logic Puzzles Pass at $1.99 a month and an All-Access Pass at $3.99 a month that covers LumaCipher's other apps, such as Luma Sudoku and Luma Word Search. It came out on iOS in June 2026.

Tips

  • Start with direct clues such as A is not B; they fill the grid quickly.
  • When a row has only one cell left open in a block, that pairing must be true, so mark it.
  • Star the clues that link three or more items and come back to them once the grid has filled in.
