About Puzzle Stack: Daily Brain Game

Wordzy is a five-letter word guessing game: you have six attempts to find the hidden word, and each guess colours the letters to show which are right, which are in the word but misplaced, and which are not in it at all. A new word comes every morning. Sudoku is one clean 9x9 grid a day, with notes, undo and a difficulty label. Gridlock is a logic puzzle where you fill the right cells to match the constraints, and the grid tells you when you have it.

The home screen shows the three daily puzzles with their date and a weekly streak tracker. The fourth game, Word Jam, gives you scrambled letters and asks you to find every hidden word across hundreds of levels that get harder as you go. If you miss a day, the archive holds the previous puzzles for each daily game.

Each game has its own set of badges to earn, and boosters are earned through play rather than bought. There are no ads and no countdown timers. Puzzle Stack is made by Axiant Labs, a studio in Mumbai, and came out on iOS in June 2026.

How to play Puzzle Stack: Daily Brain Game

1. Open Puzzle Stack to see today's Wordzy, Sudoku and Gridlock puzzles.
2. In Wordzy, type a five-letter word: green letters are in the right place, yellow are in the word but elsewhere, grey are not in it.
3. Use the colours to narrow down the word within six tries.
4. Fill today's Sudoku so every row, column and box holds 1 to 9 once.
5. Solve the Gridlock grid by its rules, and play each one daily to keep its streak.

• In Wordzy, an opening word with common vowels and consonants, such as ROATE, rules out letters quickly.
• Use Sudoku notes for cells with two or three candidates rather than guessing.
