Daily Logic Puzzles is a free app from the Canadian studio Spark and Spiral that bundles eight logic puzzles into one daily set: Crowns, Binary Sudoku, Minesweeper, Sudoku, Tiny Sudoku, Color Flood, Aquarium and Dot Stream. New puzzles come every day, and each has a daily leaderboard of the fastest times.

About Daily Logic Puzzles (Spark & Spiral)

Daily Logic Puzzles collects eight grid puzzles in one app and gives you a fresh set each day. Crowns asks for one crown in every row, column and region with no two touching, the same idea as LinkedIn's Queens. Binary Sudoku fills a grid with 0s and 1s with no three in a row and balanced lines. Minesweeper, Sudoku and a 6x6 Tiny Sudoku sit beside Color Flood, where you fill the board in as few moves as you can, Aquarium, where regions fill up to a water line, and Dot Stream, which joins numbered dots into one path.

Each puzzle keeps a daily leaderboard of solve times, so you race the same boards as everyone else that day, and you can compare with friends. The app keeps a plain, minimal look with few ads.

The app comes from Spark and Spiral Software, which also makes a standalone Crowns game, and was released on iOS in August 2025.

How to play Daily Logic Puzzles (Spark & Spiral)

  1. Open the app and pick one of the day's eight puzzles.
  2. Read the short rule for that puzzle type, such as one crown per row, column and region.
  3. Solve the board; the timer runs while you play.
  4. Check the daily leaderboard to see where your time ranks, then move to the next puzzle in the set.

Tips

  • Start with Tiny Sudoku or Dot Stream for a quick warm-up.
  • In Crowns, a region that fits in one row or column fixes that line for every other region.
