Inkflood
Rate itRecolour connected areas of the day's tile board until every tile is the target colour, in par or fewer moves.
Every day: One numbered board a day, the same for every player: a grid of coloured tiles and a target colour. Tap any area to recolour it until the whole board is the target colour, within par plus two spare moves. Boards start easy on Monday and grow harder through the week, the biggest on the weekend. New puzzle: Midnight, local time.

Inkflood is a daily flood-fill puzzle from puzlo. You pick a colour and tap any area of the board; that area and every touching tile of its colour change, merging with neighbours, until the whole board is the day's target colour. Finish in par for three stars, beat par for a trophy.
About Inkflood
Inkflood is a daily puzzle on puzlo.fun. Each board is a grid of coloured tiles, and touching tiles of the same colour count as one area. Above the board the game names a target colour, and the goal is to turn every tile into it.
Unlike the classic Flood-It, where you always grow from one corner, Inkflood lets you tap any area. You choose a colour from the palette, tap a tile, and that tile's whole area takes the new colour. When it then matches a neighbour, the two merge into a bigger area you can change in one move.
Each board has a par, the number of moves the game's solver needed. Finishing in par or fewer earns three stars, beating par earns a trophy, and you get two spare moves beyond par before you run out. Undo, restart and a hint button are there while you think.
The daily board is numbered and the same for everyone. Puzzles start easy on Monday and get harder through the week, with the biggest boards at the weekend. There is also unlimited practice at four difficulty levels and an archive of past days, and a colour-blind setting gives every colour its own symbol. Streaks and stats stay in your browser, and the game is free with ads.
puzlo runs two other daily puzzles on the same site: Dripline, a pipe-turning puzzle, and Pinplot, a star-placing puzzle.
How to play Inkflood
- Open Inkflood and read the target colour above today's board.
- Pick a colour from the palette under the board.
- Tap any tile: it and every connected tile of the same colour change to your colour, merging with any matching neighbours.
- Keep going until the whole board is the target colour, ideally in par or fewer moves; you have two spare moves beyond par.

Tips
- Grow one large area near the middle, changing it each time to the colour that touches it most.
- Leave the target colour for your final move: connect everything first, then switch it all at once.
- Merge single stranded tiles into a neighbour early, while it still costs nothing extra.
- Weekend boards are the largest, so try a practice board at a higher level first if Monday's feels easy.
