Duet (Mind Loft)
Fill every square with a dot or a ring, half and half in every line and room.
Every day: One dots-and-rings logic grid a day, the same for every player: a binairo with walled rooms that must also balance, growing from 6x6 to 10x10 through the week. New puzzle: Midnight US Eastern Time.

Duet is a free daily logic grid from Mind Loft, a binary puzzle in the binairo or takuzu family with an extra twist: walled rooms. Fill each square with a dot or a ring so every row, column and room is half of each, with never three alike in a line.
About Duet (Mind Loft)
Duet is a balanced binary puzzle. Every square takes a dot or a ring, and every row, every column and every walled room must hold exactly half of each. No line may have three of the same symbol in a row. Between some pairs of squares sit small marks: an = means the two squares match and an x means they differ.
The walled rooms are what set Duet apart from a plain binairo: they add a third kind of region that has to balance, alongside rows and columns. Each board has a single solution that logic can always reach, without guessing. Tap a square to cycle it through dot, ring and empty; a square that breaks a rule turns red, but a square that is simply wrong is never flagged, so a clean solve takes care. A clean solve scores 10 and the leaderboard is decided on time.
Board size grows through the week: 6x6 early on, 8x8 from Thursday and a 10x10 Sunday Edition. Undo, Clear and a hint are available. A new grid arrives every day at midnight Eastern.

Tips
- Two alike in a row force the opposite symbol on both ends.
- Use the x marks along a room's edge: each one fixes a pair as one dot and one ring.
- Count each room: once it has its half of one symbol, the rest are the other.
