Capitale
Rate itFind the day's hidden capital city from continent, population, area, distance and direction clues.
Every day: One hidden world capital a day, the same for everyone, found by guessing capitals and reading the clues each guess returns. New puzzle: Once a day; the game does not say at what hour.

Capitale is a daily capital city puzzle from the makers of Countryle. Type any capital and the game compares it with the hidden one: continent, population, area, distance and the direction to go. Keep guessing until you find the day's capital, then share your result.
About Capitale
Capitale comes from the team behind Countryle and works the same way, with capital cities in place of countries. Each day the game picks one capital for everyone, and your guesses are any capitals of the world, chosen from a list as you type.
Every guess fills a row of clues under five headings: continent, population, area, distance and direction. The continent box tells you if you are on the right one, the population and area boxes say whether the hidden city is bigger or smaller, and distance and direction point you across the map. A flag button lets you give up and see the answer.
Besides the daily Classic game there is a Creative mode, where you pick the clues and the solution capital and get a link to challenge friends with your own puzzle. Statistics keep track of the days you have played, and the game can be switched between English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
It suits players who like Countryle or Capitalle and enjoy narrowing down an answer from numbers and compass bearings more than recognising a shape.

Tips
- Start with a capital near the middle of a large continent so distance and direction tell you more.
- The continent clue cuts the field fastest, so get it right early.
- Use population and area to tell apart cities in the same region, a small island capital from a large inland one.
- Try the Creative mode to set a puzzle for friends after the daily.
