BORDLE
Rate itName the country from an outline that starts with just five vertices.
Every day: One country a day, the same for every player on that date, shown as an outline reduced to five vertices that gains detail after each wrong guess. New puzzle: Not stated; a new country at midnight by the device's own date.

BORDLE shows a country's border reduced to five points, so the first shape is a rough polygon. Each wrong guess adds more vertices until the full outline appears. The fewer guesses you need, the better your score, and there is one shared country each day plus an unlimited mode.
About BORDLE
BORDLE is a browser game about recognising countries by their borders. Instead of a full map silhouette, the daily country starts as a simplified outline with only five corners, which usually looks like nothing in particular.
You type a country name, and the autocomplete previews the outline of each candidate so you can compare it with the board before you commit. A wrong guess sharpens the shape, and each step adds more vertices than the last: 5, 7, 9, 12, 16, 22, 30, 41, 55, 74, 100 and then the full outline. Your score is simply how many guesses you needed.
The daily puzzle is the same for everyone on a given date and changes with the date on your device. Results, streaks and a guess distribution are saved in your browser, with no account. Missed days can be replayed from the archive, and an Unlimited mode serves random countries whenever you want more.
Compared with Worldle and other outline games, BORDLE begins from a much coarser shape and reveals detail in fixed steps rather than giving distance or direction hints, so it rewards a sense of a country's overall proportions. It suits players who already know their maps and want a harder start.
How to play BORDLE
- Open bordle.roow.us and make sure the Daily mode is selected.
- Study the outline on the board, which starts as a shape with five vertices.
- Type a country name and use the autocomplete previews to compare candidate outlines with the board.
- Press Guess. If you are wrong, the outline gains more vertices and you guess again.
- Keep going until you name the country, or use Give up; the fewer guesses, the better.
- Share your result as a link, or replay a past day from the archive.
Tips
- Look at the overall proportions and the longest straight edges first; small details only appear later.
- Use the autocomplete preview of each country to rule out shapes before spending a guess.
- Coastlines with many islands stay hidden until the high vertex counts, so mainland outlines are a better clue early on.
