Every day: One Daily Challenge board a day, seeded from the UTC date: a 5x5 grid with two strict rows and two strict columns and the same queue of number tiles for every player. You get one scored run, posted to a global daily leaderboard, and a streak for each day you play. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

TileBlitz is a number-merging tile game with one Daily Challenge board a day, the same for everyone. You tap empty cells to drop tiles from a queue; matching numbers that touch merge into one tile of twice the value, and marked lanes may not hold the same number twice. Your score goes on a global daily leaderboard.
About TileBlitz
TileBlitz is a short puzzle game by KimeLogic that plays in the browser on itch.io and as an app on iPhone and Android. Its board is a grid of empty cells, and a queue at the bottom shows the next three number tiles you will place.
You tap any empty cell to drop the next tile there. When it lands next to a tile with the same number, the two merge into one tile worth twice as much, and if that new tile touches another match it merges again, which scores a chain bonus. Some rows and columns are marked with small arrows at their ends: these strict lanes cannot hold the same number twice, so every placement has to keep them free of repeats.
The Daily Challenge is a 5x5 board with two strict rows and two strict columns. The board layout and the tiles in the queue are generated from the UTC date, so every player gets the same game that day. You play it once; the run ends when no legal placement is left, your score is posted to a global daily leaderboard, and playing on consecutive days grows a streak.
Outside the daily there is a level mode that adds bigger 6x6 and 7x7 boards, more strict lanes, target scores and bombs that count down and clear their neighbours. Power-ups called Breaker, Undo and Double can be earned by playing or bought with in-game coins in the shop.
Scores are kept on your device without an account; signing in is only needed to carry them across devices.
How to play TileBlitz
- Open TileBlitz on its itch.io page or in the app and press DAILY on the menu.
- Tap an empty cell to drop the next tile from the queue at the bottom.
- Place a tile next to one with the same number to merge them into a tile worth twice as much.
- Keep the rows and columns marked with arrows free of repeated numbers.
- Play until no legal move is left, then check your place on the daily leaderboard.

Tips
- Look at all three tiles in the queue before you place one, so you can leave room for the next merge.
- Set up a merge that will touch another matching tile: chained merges score more than single ones.
- Fill the strict lanes with different numbers early, while there are still free cells elsewhere to take the repeats.
- Merging empties a cell, so a merge is often better than filling a fresh space.
