Pocketful: Daily Puzzles
Rate itSudoku, Nonograms and twelve more logic grids, each with a twisted daily board.
Every day: Each of its fourteen games gets a new daily challenge every day, the same board for every player at the difficulty chosen (Medium, Hard or Expert). Most dailies add a twist to the usual rules, such as thermometers in Sudoku or portals in Slink. New puzzle: Not stated; the site says a fresh board arrives every morning..

Pocketful is an iPhone app of fourteen calm logic puzzles, from Sudoku and Nonograms to star battles, bridges and pipes. Every game gets a new daily challenge, shared by all players and usually with a twist on its rules. Solving any one daily keeps your streak going and fills in your week's sticker card.
About Pocketful: Daily Puzzles
Pocketful: Daily Puzzles is an iPhone app by Ben Yim that puts a shelf of logic puzzles in one place: Sudoku, Nonograms, Duets, Stars, Quilts, Peeks, Pipes, Bridges, Towers, Slink, Tumble, Seeds, Sums and Scoot. Some are classics under plain names (Duets is a binary grid, Stars a star battle, Bridges a hashi, Towers a skyscrapers puzzle), and a few, like Seeds and Peeks, are its own. It first came out in August 2026.
The daily side lives on the Daily Challenges screen. Every game has its own board for the day, the same for everyone at the difficulty you pick, from Medium to Expert. Most days bend the rules a little: Sudoku grows thermometers, Nonogram clues go foggy and give only a total, Duets adds a third colour, Slink adds portals and Sums hides the plus and minus signs. Solve any one daily to keep your streak alive. Play on five days in a week and you earn that week's sticker of Pocket, the black cat who appears across the app.
The app is built to be unhurried: no timers, no lives and no countdowns. Each game teaches itself with a short hands-on tutorial, and beyond the dailies there are endless levels in five difficulty tiers, from a four by four starter grid up to twelve by twelve.
The dailies are free, ads included. Pocketful Premium ($4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with a seven-day trial) removes the ads, unlocks every game for free play, gives unlimited hints and lets you replay any past daily. It suits solvers who like LinkedIn's daily grids or a morning sudoku and want several kinds of puzzle in one quiet app.
How to play Pocketful: Daily Puzzles
- Install Pocketful from the App Store on an iPhone and open it.
- Open Daily Challenges and choose a difficulty: Medium, Hard or Expert.
- Pick one of today's boards; the card names the game and the day's twist.
- If the game is new to you, follow its short tutorial, which teaches the rules on a small board.
- Solve the grid by deduction. There is no timer and no limit on mistakes.
- Finish at least one daily to extend your streak, and come back on five days in the week to earn the weekly sticker.

Tips
- Read the twist line on each daily card before you start: a familiar game may follow a changed rule today.
- If a game feels hard on Expert, play its daily on Medium first; the board is shared with everyone at that level.
- Only one solved daily is needed for the streak, so on a busy day pick the game you know best.
- Hints are limited on the free version, so save them for the hardest boards.
