Lyricle
Name the day's song from its lyrics, one more line after each miss.
Every day: One song a day, the same for everyone: you see a line of its lyrics and have six tries to name it, with another line revealed after each wrong guess or skip. New puzzle: Midnight in your local time (the game counts days from a fixed start date on your device's clock).

Lyricle is a daily song guessing game played with lyrics instead of audio. You start with one line and have six tries to pick the right artist and title; every miss or skip shows another line. A hint button plays a few seconds of the song if you need it.
About Lyricle
Lyricle was made for fans of Heardle and Wordle who also like finishing song lyrics. Instead of a clip of audio, the day's song appears as text. You see the first line of lyrics and search for the song by artist and title, picking from the suggestions.
You have six tries. Each wrong answer or skip reveals another line, so the lyrics build up until the chorus or a famous line gives the song away. The boxes above the search bar record each attempt: a wrong guess, a skip, or a close guess where you named the right artist but the wrong song. When you get it, the game tells you the title and artist and keeps your streak and win distribution in its statistics.
If the words alone are not enough, the Hint button plays the first five seconds of the song's audio preview. It is there for when you are stuck rather than as a free first look.
The main game covers popular songs across eras. The same team runs separate daily editions on subdomains for decades, single artists and genres, plus an unlimited mode for playing more than once a day. The lyrics are credited to Genius.
How to play Lyricle
- Open Lyricle and read the first line of the day's lyrics.
- Type part of the artist or title and pick a song from the suggestions, or skip.
- Each wrong guess or skip reveals another line; you have six tries in all.
- Use the Hint button if you are stuck to hear the first five seconds of the song.
- Share your result and come back the next day for a new song.
Tips
- Read the lines for distinctive words or names: a single unusual word can narrow the search a lot.
- A close mark means you have the right artist, so stay with them and change the song.
- Skip instead of guessing wildly early on: you see another line either way, and a skip costs the same try.
- Save the audio hint for the last tries, when the lyrics are not getting you closer.
