Logic Sweep
Rate itA daily Minesweeper board seeded from the date, played gently with hearts and hints or in an unforgiving Challenge mode.
Every day: One Minesweeper board a day per mode, the same for everyone: the default seed is built from your date, such as CALM-MODE-2026-10-07, and shown above the board. Zen mode hides bird nests and gives three hearts and hints; Challenge mode hides bombs, with a few defusers and no second chances. New puzzle: Midnight, local time.

Logic Sweep is a daily Minesweeper game on itch.io by ZeiStudio. The board comes from a seed built from the date, so everyone gets the same one, and you clear it by reading the number clues. Zen mode swaps mines for bird nests and gives you three hearts and hints; Challenge mode is strict.
About Logic Sweep
Logic Sweep takes the rules of Minesweeper and adds a daily board. Each tile is hidden at the start; when you open one, a number tells you how many hazards sit in the eight squares around it. You use those numbers to work out which tiles are safe, flag the ones that must hold a hazard, and win by revealing every safe tile.
The game opens on a seed made from two words and the date, for example CALM-MODE-2026-10-07, shown with a copy button above the board. Because the seed comes from the date, everyone who plays on the same day gets the same board. A progress bar shows how much of the board is cleared and a timer runs while you play.
Zen mode is the relaxed version. Its hazards are bird nests in a forest, and disturbing one costs one of three hearts instead of ending the game. A Hint button points to a tile that logic shows is safe, and a short tutorial walks through the basics.
Challenge mode has a technology theme, high-contrast colours and bombs. There are no hearts: one wrong tile ends the run. You get a few defusers to use on tiles you suspect, and the maker notes that this mode has some spots where you are forced to guess.
Clicking or holding any tile highlights the squares it touches, which helps when counting around a number. The game is free to play in the browser.
How to play Logic Sweep
- Open Logic Sweep on its itch.io page, choose Zen Mode or Challenge and press Start Game.
- Click a hidden tile to reveal it; a number shows how many hazards touch it.
- Use Flag Mode to mark tiles that must hold a nest or a bomb.
- Open the tiles the numbers prove safe, and use Hint in Zen mode if you are stuck.
- Reveal every safe tile to clear the day's board.

Tips
- Look for a 1 that touches only one hidden tile: that tile must be a hazard, so flag it.
- Once a number has all its hazards flagged, every other hidden tile around it is safe.
- Hold a tile to highlight its neighbours when counting around crowded numbers.
- In Challenge mode save the defusers for spots the numbers cannot settle.
