KNOT: Daily Puzzle
Drag the dots of the day's tangled graph until no two lines cross.
Every day: One numbered tangle of dots and lines per day, the same board for every player worldwide, getting harder from Monday to Friday. New puzzle: Once a day.

KNOT is an iPhone puzzle where you untangle a web of dots and lines by dragging the dots until no lines cross. There is one numbered board a day, shared by all players, plus a 30-day archive and unlimited practice tangles.
About KNOT: Daily Puzzle
KNOT is a daily untangling puzzle for iPhone and iPad. Each board is a set of dots joined by straight lines that cross each other many times, and your job is to move the dots until the drawing has no crossings at all.
It is published by Gokhan Turk and arrived on the App Store in June 2026.
Every day brings one numbered daily board, the same for every player. The screen shows the number of nodes and a live count of the crossings left, and the timer starts on your first touch. Difficulty rises through the week, from an easy Monday to a hard Friday. When you finish you can share your time, and a streak counter tracks how many days in a row you have solved. The last 30 days can be replayed from the archive, and a New Tangle button gives practice boards that do not affect the streak.
Every graph is planar, so a solution always exists. It suits people who like spatial puzzles more than word or number ones, and anyone who wants a one-minute puzzle with a clear finish.
How to play KNOT: Daily Puzzle
- Open KNOT to load today's numbered board.
- Drag a dot to a new spot; the lines attached to it move with it.
- Watch the crossings counter fall as you separate lines.
- Keep moving dots until the counter reaches zero.
- Share your time, or replay earlier days from the archive.
Tips
- Move dots with many lines to the edge first, so their lines stop cutting through the middle.
- Look for small triangles of dots that belong together and pull them apart from the rest.
- The timer only starts on your first touch, so study the board before you drag.
