Garble (Mind Loft)
Untangle five scrambled words, then solve the clued finale.
Every day: One word scramble a day, the same for every player: five jumbled words to untangle, whose marked letters feed a clued final answer. New puzzle: Midnight US Eastern Time.

Garble is a free daily word scramble from Mind Loft. Five jumbled words each untangle into a real word using exactly the letters shown, and each solution donates its marked letters to a sixth, clued finale. Solving the finale ends the puzzle at any time.
About Garble (Mind Loft)
Garble follows the classic newspaper jumble with one more word than usual. Five rows of scrambled letters each hide a real word, and you type the answer into the boxes beside them using exactly the letters given. Some boxes in each answer are outlined; those letters are collected for the finale.
The finale is a sixth answer whose clue is printed from the start, often a pun such as a rock you are pleased to hit. You can solve it whenever you see it, and doing so ends the puzzle immediately, so going for the finale early is a real strategy. Wrong arrangements count as misses, and fewest misses breaks ties on the daily leaderboard.
A new Garble arrives every day at midnight Eastern, and on Sundays every answer is six letters long. Crux, Mind Loft's clueless crossword, is the next step for players who prefer grids to scrambles.
How to play Garble (Mind Loft)
- Open Garble and press Start.
- Unscramble each of the five words, typing the answer using exactly the letters shown.

Tips
