About Fruitarena Daily

FruitArena is a site built around the Fruit Box puzzle: a large grid of apples, each showing a digit from 1 to 9. You clear apples by selecting neighbouring numbers whose total is exactly ten, and the more you clear the higher your score.

The Daily Challenge gives every player the same board, dated and seeded for the day. When you press Start Run and then Start Game, a 120-second clock begins, and your result goes onto that day's leaderboard. You only get one official attempt, so it pays to warm up in the site's free play mode first.

Registered players keep their place on the leaderboard and earn XP, while guests can play too. A calendar shows your streak for the month, and an archive lets you practise the boards from the previous seven days.

It suits players who like quick mental arithmetic and pattern spotting under time pressure, and want a two-minute score to compare each day.

How to play Fruitarena Daily

1. Open the Daily Challenge and press Start Run, then Start Game when you are ready.
2. Look for neighbouring apples whose numbers add up to exactly ten.
3. Select them to clear them from the board and add to your score.
4. Keep clearing until the 120 seconds run out.
5. Check your place on the day's global leaderboard and come back tomorrow for a new grid.

Tips

• Take the easy pairs like 9 and 1 or 5 and 5 early to open up the board.
• Look for longer runs such as 2, 3 and 5 that clear several apples at once.
• Practise on the last seven days' boards in the archive before your one official run.
