Blueydle is a free daily game for fans of the TV series Bluey. Each day you see a screenshot from one episode and pick its title from a list; every wrong guess adds another screenshot, and you have five guesses in all.
About Blueydle
Blueydle is a fan-made guessing game about the Australian children's cartoon Bluey. Every day it picks one episode, the same for every player, and gives the puzzle a number, so results can be compared and shared. The answer is always an episode title, chosen from a searchable list of the show's episodes.
A puzzle starts with a single screenshot from the episode. You search for an episode, pick it and press Submit. If you are wrong, the title goes into your list of guesses and a new screenshot appears; you can flick back through the ones already shown. You have five guesses, and the game warns you when you are on your last one.
When the puzzle ends the page tells you the episode's title, shows the screenshots, and offers a share button that sends your result as a row of squares with the puzzle number and the number of guesses. A small notice on the site explains that it has worked through every episode available so far, and that new episodes are added as they air while the screenshots are being rotated to keep repeats fresh.
It suits parents and older fans who have watched the episodes many times over. Many clues come down to recognising a room, a prop or which members of the Heeler family are on screen.
How to play Blueydle
- Open Blueydle and look at the first screenshot from the day's episode.
- Type in the Search for an episode box and choose a Bluey episode title from the list.
- Press Submit; a wrong guess adds another screenshot from the same episode.
- Name the episode within five guesses, then read its title and share your result.
Tips
- Look at the setting first: the Heeler house, the backyard, the school or an outing narrows the list quickly.
- Note which characters are in the frame, since many episodes centre on one friend or relative.
- Older screenshots stay available after a miss, so compare them side by side before your next guess.
- The list only accepts real episode titles, so start typing a word you remember to find the right one.
