Zoominoes
Build a zoo out of animal tiles and chase a huge score on the day's shared seed.
Every day: A Daily Run: a new seeded run every day that everyone competes on for a world leaderboard. Only your first attempt counts, the seed stays hidden until you have played it, and the run ends with a high-score event on day 28. New puzzle: Once a day at midnight; the game does not say which time zone.

Zoominoes is a roguelike deckbuilder in which you place animal tiles on a board and combine them for ever larger scores across a 28-day zoo month. The Daily Run gives everyone the same new seed each day, and only your first attempt goes on the world leaderboard.
About Zoominoes
Zoominoes is by Starlight Games and came out on Steam in July 2026 after a long public demo. You run a zoo for a month of 28 days. Each day you play animal tiles from your deck onto a board, and their abilities and the board's spaces combine to score points; reach the day's target to move on. Between days you buy animals, snacks that upgrade them and souvenirs that change the rules, and the scoring is built to grow into the millions and beyond.
There are 20 zookeepers, each with their own starting deck and ability, 218 animals, 35 snacks and 112 souvenirs, plus special event days, eight difficulty levels, an Endless mode and a set of challenges.
The Daily Run uses a new seed each day, so every player starts from the same run and competes on a world leaderboard. Updates made it stricter: only your first run counts, the seed is hidden until after you have played, and the last day is a special event where you score as much as you can until your plays run out. A run that goes past midnight no longer counts.
It suits players who like Balatro-style score chasing and want one fair attempt a day against everyone else.
How to play Zoominoes

- Finish before midnight and check your place on the world leaderboard.

Tips
- Only your first daily attempt counts, so learn the zookeepers and animals in normal runs first.
- Start the Daily Run early enough to finish it before midnight.
- Build around one animal type or colour rather than buying everything that looks strong.
Questions
Is the Daily Run the same for everyone?
Yes. It is a new seeded run each day that every player competes on for the same world leaderboard.
Can I retry the daily?
Only your first run counts for the leaderboard, and the seed stays hidden until you have played it.
When does the daily end?
At midnight. A run that goes past midnight does not count for the leaderboard; the game does not say which time zone sets midnight.
How long is a run?
A zoo month of 28 days; in the daily, day 28 is a high-score event instead of Endless mode.
