Wuertle
Wordle in Luxembourgish: one five-letter word a day in six guesses.
Every day: One hidden five-letter Luxembourgish word a day, the same for every player, to find in six guesses with coloured-tile feedback. New puzzle: 22:00 UTC (midnight in Luxembourg in summer, 23:00 in winter).

Wuertle is a free Wordle clone in Luxembourgish. Each day everyone gets the same hidden five-letter word, drawn only from Luxembourgish words in the national online dictionary LOD.lu, and has six tries to find it.
About Wuertle
Wuertle, from the Luxembourgish Wuert for word, is a version of Wordle for Luxembourg's national language. Its game text says it is a clone of Wordle made exclusively with Luxembourgish words from LOD.lu, the Lëtzebuerger Online Dictionnaire. The interface is in Luxembourgish too: Errot d'Wuert a 6 Versich, guess the word in six tries.
Play follows the original. You type a five-letter word and press Enter, and each tile turns a colour: green for a letter in the right place, yellow for a letter in the word but elsewhere, grey for a letter not in the word. The on-screen keyboard keeps track of the letters you have tried. A statistics panel records your games played and how many guesses each win took.
The answer is picked by counting days from a fixed start, so every player gets the same word on the same day. It changes at 22:00 UTC, which is midnight in Luxembourg in summer time. Wuertle runs in the browser with no account.
How to play Wuertle
- Open Wuertle and type a five-letter Luxembourgish word.
- Press Enter to check it.
- Read the tiles: green is the right letter in the right place, yellow is in the word elsewhere, grey is not in the word.
- Use what you learned in your next guess.
- Find the word in six tries or fewer, then check your statistics.
Tips
- Luxembourgish spelling uses ë and é often; keep the usual vowels in mind when a guess shows few hits.
- Open with a word that has several common consonants such as n, r, s and t.
- A guess must be a word in the game's list, so check spellings against LOD.lu if one is refused.
