Every day: One numbered hand-picked YouTube video a day for everyone (Daily #117 on 5 October): guess its view count from the thumbnail and upload year, then again with the title, then with the channel. New puzzle: Once a day, with a new numbered video.

TubeCount is a daily game about YouTube view counts. You see a real thumbnail and its upload year and type your guess, then get the title and the channel for a second and third guess. Scores favour the first, thumbnail-only call.
About TubeCount
TubeCount, from Machine House Media, is built on one question: how many views did this video get? The daily video is shown as its thumbnail and upload year. You type a number such as 800k, 2.5m or 1b and lock it in. Your second guess unlocks the title, and the third the channel and its subscriber count. You get no feedback between guesses, and you can keep your earlier number if the new clue does not change your mind.
Scoring is front-loaded: the first guess is worth half the score, the second 30 percent and the third 20 percent, and each guess is judged by how far off it is on a log scale, so being twice too high counts the same as half. At the reveal each guess is stamped green for within 2 times, yellow for within 5 times and red beyond. After a few days the game gives you a calibration figure, how many times off your first guesses usually are. View counts are frozen on a snapshot date shown at the reveal.
The daily videos are hand-picked from four kinds mixed through the week: well-known videos nobody can put a number on, random videos from famous channels, mid-sized channels and traps that look small but are huge or the reverse. The few memorised counts such as Baby Shark and Despacito are excluded. Besides the daily there are Binge and Streak modes, a daily board and an archive. Stats save in your browser; signing in with Google puts your name on the board.

Tips
- Put your effort into the first guess: it is worth half the score.
- Think in orders of magnitude; landing within 2 times is a green.
- Use the upload year: an older video has had longer to collect views.
- Do not let a famous channel fool you; the game picks traps where size and views do not match.
