SUMS
Fill a grid by placing numbers in order with adjacent sums.
Every day: New Mini (5x5) and Full (7x7) grids every day, the same for everyone: place numbers in sequence using the sums of adjacent cells. New puzzle: Once a day.

SUMS is a free daily number logic puzzle from Xavier Games that mixes spatial reasoning with addition. Each day there is a Mini 5x5 grid and a Full 7x7 grid, and you fill them by placing numbers in sequence according to the sums of neighbouring cells.
About SUMS
SUMS sets two grids each day, the same for every player: a quick Mini at 5 by 5 and a larger Full at 7 by 7. The puzzle combines placement logic with simple addition: numbers go into the grid in sequence, and where each can go depends on the sums of the cells next to it.
It needs no more than adding small numbers, but the order and position constraints make each grid a proper deduction puzzle, and the Full grid is a longer solve than the Mini.
It is free in the browser.
It suits number-puzzle fans who like Kakuro-style arithmetic logic but want a short daily format.
How to play SUMS
- Pick the day's Mini (5x5) or Full (7x7) grid.
- Read the rules for how adjacent sums determine where numbers go.
- Place numbers in sequence, each where the sums allow.
- Fill the whole grid to solve it.
Tips
- Warm up with the Mini before the Full grid.
- Work from cells with the fewest possibilities.
- Check neighbouring sums each time you place a number.
Questions
