Every day: A Daily Calibration: a date-seeded memory challenge, the same for every player worldwide each day, with its own leaderboard. New puzzle: Once a day; the game does not say at what hour.

Signal is a browser memory game played on a 3D board of glowing cubes: watch which tiles light up, then tap them back. Five protocols change what you must remember, from order to timing, and the Daily Calibration is a date-seeded challenge every player gets the same day, with a leaderboard. It is free, with no account and no ads.
About Signal
Signal is a memory game by Mikey Lambo on itch.io. Instead of a flat grid it uses a 3D board of rim-lit cubes with bloom, spatial audio and combo feedback, which you can rotate. The task is the classic one: watch the signal, a set of tiles that light up, then reproduce it.
Five protocols change what has to be remembered. Spatial asks for the lit tiles in any order, Sequential in the exact order shown, Interference hides the pattern among flashing decoys, Rhythm asks for the timing between signals, and 2-Back has you say whether each tile matches the one two steps earlier. Three pacings set the pressure: Classic is timed with one mistake ending the run, Zen has no clock, and Sprint gives you 60 seconds. Two modifiers add colour channels with their own tones, or hide the board so you find each signal by stereo sound and pitch.
The Daily Calibration is the shared part: a challenge seeded from the date, the same for everyone in the world that day, ranked on its own leaderboard beside the boards for each protocol, pacing and modifier. The game also keeps per-protocol mastery, a run history and a day streak.
It has full keyboard play, screen-reader announcements of the board, reduced motion and colour-vision-conscious palettes, and plays offline once loaded. Headphones help in the sound-based modes. It suits players who like short memory tests and a daily score to compare.
How to play Signal
- Open Signal and choose Daily Calibration on the main screen.
- Watch the board as the signal lights up a set of cubes.
- When it is your turn, tap or click the cubes to reproduce the signal, in order if the protocol asks for it.
- Each round adds to the pattern; keep going until a wrong tile ends the run.
- Check your score on the daily leaderboard.
