About Raqam: Daily Number Puzzle
Raqam, by Ali Alaa, is a daily numbers puzzle for iPhone and Android. Each day at midnight UTC a new challenge appears with a difficulty rating of up to five stars and a target such as 507. You get six numbers and the four operations, and you build toward the target one step at a time: tap two number tiles, choose +, -, x or /, and the result becomes a new tile. There is no keyboard; every step is a tap, and you can undo, redo or reset.
There is one puzzle and one chance a day. Once you start, the timer runs without pause and counts toward the leaderboard, and you cannot restart. Results go on a Today board and an All-time board, a streak tracks the days you play with milestone badges, and you can share your result without spoiling the answer. Hints are there if you are stuck, and a practice mode gives extra puzzles.
The game is free with ads. A Pro subscription ($1.99 a month or $16.99 a year) removes the ads and adds unlimited practice, an archive of the past 30 days, free hints and an Expert Mode with a 90-second countdown. Raqam means number in Arabic.

Tips
- Look at the target first: work out roughly how a large tile times a small one gets close, then fix the difference with the rest.
- Since the clock cannot be paused, read the six numbers before pressing Start.
- Keep small numbers for last; they are best for adjusting by a few.
- Use practice mode to get quicker at spotting products near the target.
