PrintCue
Rate itRotate coloured printing plates and stack them in order to rebuild the target print.
Every day: One numbered set of three rounds a day, the same for everyone: rotate and stack coloured printing plates to rebuild each target print. New puzzle: Once a day at the change of date; puzzles are dated and numbered by day of the year.

PrintCue is Linerko's daily visual puzzle. Each round shows a target image made from coloured printing plates; you rotate each plate in quarter turns and arrange the stack from bottom to top, watching a live preview, until your print matches. Three rounds a day, with as few wrong checks as possible.
About PrintCue
PrintCue is one of the free daily games on Linerko. Each numbered puzzle has three rounds. In each, you see a target print on a small grid beside your own live preview, and below them the printing plates, each a pattern of cells in one colour. You rotate each plate by 90 degrees at a time and move the plates into a bottom-to-top order.
The twist is overlap. A plate higher in the stack prints over any colour beneath it, so getting the shapes right is not enough: the cells where plates overlap show which plate must be on top. When you think the preview matches, you press Check print; wrong checks are counted, and there are Reset and Reveal buttons. Every daily puzzle is checked by a solver so that it has exactly one arrangement.
The puzzle is generated in the browser, needs no account, and is the same for every player each day. Your streak is kept in the browser. It suits players who like short spatial puzzles, and it sits beside Linerko's word, number, logic and geography dailies.
How to play PrintCue
- Compare the target print with your live preview.
- Rotate each plate in quarter turns with its Rotate 90 button.
- Move the plates into the right order from bottom layer to top layer; higher plates print over lower ones.
- Press Check print when the preview matches; try to make no wrong checks.
- Complete all three rounds of the day.
Tips
- Look at the cells where two colours could overlap: the colour shown there tells you which plate is on top.
- Fix each plate's rotation from its unique corners or edges before worrying about order.
- Use the live preview after every change; it shows mistakes at once.
- Save Reveal for when you are truly stuck, since the aim is as few wrong checks as possible.
