Fold a Cube
Rate itPut six patterns on a flat net so it folds into the cube shown, three puzzles a day.
Every day: Three numbered cube net puzzles a day, easy, medium and hard, the same for everyone in the world; the third shows the cube from two fixed angles that cannot be turned. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

Fold a Cube shows a cube with a pattern on each face and a flat net of six squares. You place and turn the patterns on the net so that, folded up, it matches the cube exactly. Three puzzles a day get harder, for up to 9 points, free in the browser with no words needed.
About Fold a Cube
Fold a Cube is a small daily spatial reasoning puzzle that plays in any modern browser, on phone or desktop, with no sign-up and no ads. Its screens come in English and Chinese, though no reading is needed to play.
Each puzzle shows a cube with a pattern on each of its six faces and a flat cube net beside it. You tap a square on the net to choose a pattern for it, and turn patterns that have a direction by 90 degrees with the rotate button or a long press. You can drag the cube to see it from every side. When you press Fold, the net folds up on screen and each face is marked green if right, yellow if it is the right pattern turned the wrong way, and grey if wrong. You get two tries per puzzle.
There are three new puzzles each day, the same for everyone, and they get harder: the third shows the cube only from two fixed angles that you cannot turn. You can score up to 9 points a day, keep a streak and share your result. The game uses all 11 possible cube nets, and an Unlimited mode gives a fresh set any time.
It suits players who like visual puzzles more than word games, and anyone practising the mental rotation questions found in aptitude tests.
How to play Fold a Cube
- Look at the cube and drag it to see all six faces.
- Tap a square on the flat net and choose the pattern that belongs there.
- Rotate patterns that have a direction with the rotate button or a long press.
- Press Fold to watch the net fold up: green is right, yellow is the right pattern turned wrong, grey is wrong.
- Fix the faces in your second try, then move on to the next of the day's three puzzles.

Tips
- Start with opposite faces: on a net, squares with one square between them in a straight line end up opposite each other.
- Place the patterns without a direction first, then spend your thinking on the ones that must be turned.
- On the third puzzle you cannot turn the cube, so work out the hidden faces from the two views before placing anything.
