Every day: A new puzzle each day: seven flowers growing from four letters to ten, each with a pangram to find, with a countdown to the next puzzle. New puzzle: Once a day; the finished screen counts down to the next puzzle.

Petalgrams is a daily word puzzle in the shape of a flower. You spell words from the letters on the petals, always using the centre letter, and try to find the pangram that uses every letter. Each level adds a letter, from a four-letter flower up to ten, and there are seven pangrams to find in all.
About Petalgrams
Petalgrams is a word game by Charlie Phillips that plays like a growing Spelling Bee. The day's puzzle starts with a four-letter flower: one letter in the gold centre and the rest on the petals. Every word must use the centre letter, letters can be used more than once, and longer words score more.
The real target on each flower is the pangram, a word using every letter in it; every flower has at least one. Find it, or run out of guesses, and you level up: a new letter is added to the centre of the next, bigger flower. There are seven flowers, from four letters to ten, and completing the ten-letter flower wins the day.
The scoring rewards going straight for the pangram. A pangram scores its length times a multiplier, while any other word scores its length. Each non-pangram word costs a guess and one point off the multiplier, and in return gives you a hint toward the pangram. With the letters T, R, S and U, for example, RUST, TRUST and TRUSTS are all pangrams.
At the end you earn a flower for each level, a cherry blossom for finding the pangram first, a rosette or a white flower otherwise, and a perfect bouquet for using only pangrams, to share with friends. A list of the intended pangrams lets you see what you missed.
How to play Petalgrams
- Look at the flower: one centre letter and the letters on the petals.
- Type a word using the centre letter and any of the others, repeating letters if you like, and press Enter.
- Aim for the pangram, a word that uses every letter in the flower, which scores most.
- Each other word costs a guess and lowers the pangram multiplier, but gives a hint.
- Find the pangram or run out of guesses to move to the next flower, one letter bigger, up to ten letters.

Tips
- Try the pangram first: playing other words lowers the multiplier it will score.
- Letters can repeat, so plurals and doubled letters often turn a near-miss into a pangram.
- Use Shuffle to see the petals in a new order when you are stuck.
- If you do play a non-pangram, use the hint it buys before guessing again.
