Pangramathon for October 6, 2026: seven letter tiles S, B, R, U, E, P and M in a honeycomb pattern, a running clock, Delete, Shuffle and Submit buttons and three blank pangram lines

Pangramathon is a free daily word game about speed. Each day you have three pangrams to find: words that use all seven of the letters shown, where letters may be used more than once. A clock runs from the start, and you compare your time with friends.

About Pangramathon

Pangramathon takes the best moment in a Spelling Bee, finding the word that uses every letter, and makes the whole game out of it. Each day shows seven letter tiles under the date, with three blank lines for the day's three pangrams.

You tap or type letters to build a word and press Submit. A word only counts if it includes all seven letters, and letters may repeat, so a pangram can be longer than seven letters. Shuffle rearranges the tiles to help you see new patterns, and Delete takes back a letter.

Proper nouns, place names, slang and curse words are left out. A new challenge starts every day at midnight Eastern Time, and everyone gets the same words, so the race is fair. The clock in the corner times you from the start, and the stats page lets you compare your times.

It suits Spelling Bee players who are always chasing the pangram, and anyone who likes a word puzzle with a stopwatch.

How to play Pangramathon

  1. Open Pangramathon to see today's seven letters; the clock starts.
  2. Build a word from the tiles that uses every one of the seven letters; letters can repeat.
  3. Press Submit to check it, or Delete to fix a letter.
  4. Use Shuffle to rearrange the tiles when you are stuck.
  5. Find all three pangrams to stop the clock, then compare your time.

Tips

  • Look for common endings like ER, ED or ING among the letters and build back from them.
  • Remember that letters can repeat; a doubled consonant often unlocks a pangram.
  • Shuffle often: a new arrangement can make a word jump out.
