Mineracer Daily number 108 for Friday 2 October with a 16x16 board, 40 mines, a countdown to the next board and a Play Today's Board button

The Mineracer Daily Challenge is a numbered Minesweeper board shared by every player each day. It is an intermediate-size 16x16 grid with 40 mines, and your first attempt sets your official time on the global and friends leaderboards. Mineracer itself is a free browser Minesweeper site with multiplayer races, time trials and relaxed Zen boards.

About Mineracer Daily Challenge

Mineracer is a free browser Minesweeper site built around racing, and its Daily Challenge gives everybody the same board each day. On 2 October 2026 it was Daily number 108, a 16x16 field with 40 mines. A countdown on the page shows when the next board arrives.

The rules are classic Minesweeper: open squares, read the numbers that count neighbouring mines, flag the mines and clear every safe square. What changes is the stakes. Your first run is the one that counts, so a misclick ends your official attempt, and the fastest clean clear tops the leaderboard. Results can be compared globally and among friends, and replays let you watch runs back.

You can start as a guest; a free account saves your streak, recent times and replays. An archive keeps earlier boards, and a share link lets you challenge friends to the same board. Outside the daily, Mineracer offers real-time multiplayer races on identical boards, solo time trials at Beginner, Intermediate and Expert, and collaborative Zen boards with no timer.

It suits Minesweeper regulars who want a fair daily race, and newer players who like a single, low-pressure attempt each day.

How to play Mineracer Daily Challenge

  3. Flag squares you are sure hold mines.
  4. Clear every safe square without opening a mine; your first run is your official time.
  5. Check the leaderboard, share your result, or browse the archive.
