Every day: A numbered daily puzzle (#372 on 6 October 2026): one place to name, such as a country or a city, from six pictures, the same for everyone, with past days in an archive. New puzzle: Midnight Eastern time.

Landmarkr is a free daily visual geography game. Each puzzle gives a prompt such as Name the Country and six pictures of the same place, shown one at a time. You get one guess per picture, so the fewer you need, the better your result to share.
About Landmarkr
Landmarkr is a picture-based geography game in the browser. Each day's puzzle has a prompt, like Name the Country or Name the City, and six images that all show the same place: buildings, streets, landscapes and other things that point to where it is. The site says all game content is curated and written by people.
You see the first picture and type your guess, choosing from a list as you type. A wrong guess, or a skip, unlocks the next picture, and you have six guesses in all, one per image. Hints are there if you are stuck. After the game you can read about each image and share your result.
A new numbered game loads every day at midnight Eastern time, the same for every player. An Archive holds earlier puzzles, a Packs page sits in the menu, and the game can be played in English, Spanish, French and Chinese. An optional account lets you keep your games across devices.
How to play Landmarkr
- Open Landmarkr and read the day's prompt, such as Name the Country.
- Look at the first picture and type your guess, picking from the list.
- A wrong guess or a skip reveals the next picture.
- Use up to six guesses, one per picture, and the hints if you need them.
- Read about the images afterwards and share your result.
Tips
- Look at signs, number plates, architecture and plants before guessing.
- Skipping costs a guess just like a wrong answer, so take a guess when you have any idea.
- Play older puzzles in the Archive to practise spotting places.
