Guess The Home Price
Guess today's house price within 5%, one photo at a time.
Every day: One numbered home a day, the same for everyone: guess its price within 5% in six tries, with a new photo and hint after each miss. New puzzle: Once a day, shown by a countdown on the page.

Guess The Home Price (Guess The House) shows one real home a day, starting with a photo and its city, and asks what it sold or is listed for. You have six guesses; each miss reveals another photo of the same home and an arrow saying how far off you are.
About Guess The Home Price
Guess The Home Price, branded Guess The House on the page, is part of the Guess The Game family of daily puzzles, which also includes Guess The Audio, Guess The Movie, Guess The Logo and others. Each day brings one numbered home (number 738 when we looked, in Eugene, Oregon), the same for every player.
You type a price and submit. If you are within 5% of the actual price, you win. Otherwise the game reveals another of the six pictures of the home, with an extra hint, and shows arrows: two up arrows mean you are more than 50% too low, one up arrow too low but within 50%, and the same downwards for too high. A map shows where the home is. You have six guesses in total.
A countdown shows when the next home arrives, and earlier homes can be played from the archive. The site is free with ads; an optional membership removes ads and syncs stats across devices.
It suits anyone who browses property listings for fun and wants to test their sense of what homes cost in different places.
How to play Guess The Home Price
- Open guessthe.house; today's numbered home and its location appear.
- Type the price you think it is and submit.
- Within 5% wins; otherwise a new photo and hint appear, and arrows say how far off you were.
- Use the six photos and hints to get within 5% before your six guesses run out.
Tips
- Check the city first: location matters more than anything for price.
- Use the arrows: a double arrow means you are more than 50% off.
- Look for size clues in the photos, such as the number of rooms or the lot.
