About Daily Rinds
Daily Rinds turns cheese knowledge into a daily guessing game. Each day there is one numbered mystery cheese, the same for every player, counted from cheese number one on 1 January 2024.
You type the name of a cheese and submit it. The game then shows how it compares with the answer across several categories, including origin, milk type, texture and flavour: green when a category matches, red when it does not. With those clues you narrow the field over six guesses. A Today's Stats panel shows how other players fared, and a Learn More link tells you about the cheese afterwards.
The pool holds over a hundred cheeses, and the maker adds more over time, with a changelog on the page. A Browse Cheeses list shows everything that can be guessed, Past Games lets you play earlier days without touching your stats, and Study Mode offers flashcards.
It suits cheese lovers, cooks and anyone who likes Wordle-style deduction on an unusual subject.
