Splatdle
Rate itGuess the Splatoon weapon of the day from its class, range, weight, sub and special.
Every day: One Splatoon weapon a day, the same for everyone, guessed with unlimited tries from attribute clues; a new weapon comes with the UTC date. New puzzle: Midnight UTC (the daily weapon follows the UTC date).

Splatdle is a free fan-made daily puzzle about Splatoon weapons. You guess a weapon, and each column of the answer row tells you whether its class, range, weight, sub weapon, special and game match the hidden one. Guesses are unlimited, two hints are on offer, and an Infinite mode gives random weapons when one a day is not enough.
About Splatdle
Splatdle is a fan project about the weapons of Nintendo's Splatoon series, made by a developer who signs as Sneaky (the page credits Nana Adepa Nuamah Adjei). It runs in the browser at splatdle.ink, and the footer notes that Nintendo is not involved.
Each day there is one hidden weapon, drawn from Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3. You type a weapon name into the search box, pick it from the list, and a new row turns over. It shows the weapon's name, class, range, weight, sub weapon, special and game, each cell coloured green when it matches the answer, red when it does not, and amber for a range within ten of the right one, with an arrow saying whether the answer's range is higher or lower.
There is no limit on guesses, so the day's score is how many tries you took. If you are stuck you can open two hints, the weapon's release date and its base damage, or give up the round. Logging in with Discord keeps your streak and average and puts you on the site's leaderboards; without it the game still plays and remembers the day in the browser.
An Infinite mode serves random weapons without touching your stats, and the same site hosts Spladoku, a Splatoon grid puzzle, and a weapon tier list. Splatdle suits Splatoon players who know their kits, since the sub and special columns are often what narrows it down.
How to play Splatdle
- Open Splatdle and stay on the Daily tab.
- Type part of a weapon name in the search box and pick a weapon from the list, then press Guess.
- Read the row: green cells match the hidden weapon, red ones do not, and an amber range is within ten, with an arrow pointing towards the right value.
- Use the class, sub, special and game clues to narrow the roster and guess again, as many times as you need.
- If you are stuck, open the release date or base damage hint; once you find the weapon, your guess count is recorded.
Tips
- Start with a weapon whose class you are unsure about: matching the class first cuts the list the most.
- Sub and special together are close to unique in a kit, so once either is green, look at weapons that share it.
- The range arrow works like higher or lower: follow it with a weapon of the same class.
- The game column separates Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3 versions of similar kits.
- Hints cost nothing in tries but are recorded, so save them for when the clues stop helping.
