MCdle is a Wordle-inspired daily game for Minecraft. Each day it picks one mob, one block and one item, and you guess each by name, with every guess showing clues about how close it is. Attempts are unlimited by default, and a streak counts the days you keep it up.
About MCdle
MCdle is a set of daily Minecraft guessing games. There are three daily modes, Mobs, Blocks and Items, and each picks a new answer every day for everyone. You type the name of any mob, block or item, and the game shows clues about how your guess compares with the answer, so you can work your way towards it.
By default you have unlimited attempts, which makes it relaxed; a setting limits you to six for a harder game, and another lets you choose how much game knowledge the search box assumes. Wins build a streak that you can show and share. A Bestiary tracks every answer you have uncovered, so over time you build a collection.
There is also Crafting Bee, a recipe game built on a grid of hexagons and a crafting table, with its own hints, timer and auto-craft options, and a random game shortcut for playing beyond the daily answers. Each mode has a help page with examples.
The site is officially in English and German, with community translations into many other languages. It suits Minecraft players of any level, since unlimited guesses mean nobody is shut out.
How to play MCdle
- Open MCdle and choose Mobs, Blocks or Items.
- Type the name of any mob, block or item as your first guess.
- Read the clues showing how your guess compares with today's answer.
- Keep guessing until you find it; turn on the six-guess limit in settings for a harder game.
- Do the other two modes, then check your streak and Bestiary.
Tips
- Open with something common so the clues have plenty to compare against.
- Use the help page in each mode to learn what each clue column means.
- Turn on the guess limit once the unlimited version feels easy.
